Versa Lite wont switch on

My versa lite has Black screen, nothing on. Only switches on when in charger but the charging bar remains on 0% even though I have charged for about 4 hours. Note: when in charger the app does sync and shows watch as being fully charged.

 
 After swimming it started being erratic. Its did fully charge once after my swim but the above happened thereafter and now it is unresponsive.  This watch is only 4 months old.
 
The watch does not vibrate when I put it in the charger and I have tried all the troubleshoots in article https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/?q=charging&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

@tkoena It sounds like the watch is damaged and you should contact Customer Support for a replacement.
