Not receiving notifications

I still can’t get notifications on my device. It’s basically a waste of money having purchased a smart watch.. after the updates and Versa 2 release features have been removed from Versa which make it basically just a standard wrist watch. Fairly disappointing.

Hi @S155, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with your Fitbit device, I understand your situation and how frustrating this matter can be for you. I'd like to let you know that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that's shared here in the Community Forums is always appreciated and really helpful for us to evaluate our procedures and make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.

Keep me posted.

Thank you for your reply.

My versa is not a 2.

I have completed all suggested updates with no change still.

I am continually disappointed and frustrated by this situation to the point I have stopped using my watch.

After not having owned my device for very long I would love to get my money back to enable me to buy a Garmin smart watch which functions as it is advertised to do so.

I would greatly appreciate some feedback regarding this.

Thank you.
