So i bought my fitbit versa 2 and used it since tuesday. The battery was drained so i charged it and since then i don't get any notifications feom my phone anymore. The notificationsscreen says that i need to shut down my phone and restart it. I did this already 16 times and it doesn't do anything. Can anybody help me pleas?

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you having difficulties with text and phone notifications or just one of them? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have a oneplus 6T McLaren edition.
I had this problem 1 week ago en when i updatet my oneplus, it was solved. But now it happend again. I checkt for an update but my phone is up to date. It is really annoying. Help me out pleas
