I am so totally distraught about Fitbit not being prepared when the iPhones were updated almost 3 weeks ago. Since then I am no longer able to receive text messages. I get notified of my phone calls and the apps I have checked on for notifications. Had a Fitbit app update earlier this week and yet another one today....and still nothing. So dissatisfied with this Fitbit product and/or the Fitbit company itself.

I'm sorry @GEEDAWG that this happened, fitbit also was unhappy when Apple made the changes to the way they handle notifications without informing third parties that will be affected.
It was as much of a surprise to fitbit as it was to the fitbit users.
As for Garmin, their user have been reporting this same iOS notification problem with the latest iOS version.
BTW if you may want to read the Community Guidelines and unstick the shift key. People do not like being yelled at.

You mentioned a notification with iOS and their is a link to the main thread on top of every page.
Your best course we as fitbit users can give is to subscribe to that thread. This way you will receive any updates that fitbit posts.
I think i explained the source of the issue with Apple not releasing any info on the changes they where about to make.

Thanks for trying to help. I have tried all these steps mentioned in this thread that I truly believe I no longer have to look at the steps. I’m just frustrated that this hasn’t been solved yet. And I see I’m not the only one having this issue. So it’s not me being an isolated case. Really loved my Fitbit till this issue. Hope it gets resolved soon. Thanks again for the attempt to help me some more.

Hi @GEEDAWG. Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for the delay.
You're welcome and I appreciate your feedback. I get your point of view as the notification should be working on your Versa and I'm sorry that you're going through this situation. As mentioned before, we've received reports from other users that are having this situation after updating their phones to iOS 13. If this applies to you, my best advise is to keep an eye to this thread so you can receive further updates. Our team will continue investigating to bring a solution to all our users.
See you around.
