My iPhone 7 did an update on Sunday to the new software 13.1.2 and since then I have not been able to receive text messages on my Fitbit. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting tips provided but nothing works. I called Fitbit twice and they also were not able to help me, they said it has to do something with apple and that they were working on getting to an agreement with them to come up with an update for the Fitbit. However, nothing has happen yet. Is anybody else going through this? Has anybody found a solution to this problem? I feel very frustrated with this problem. Please let me know if anybody can help.
