Not receiving text notifications and reminders to move

I used to get notified of not getting my 250 steps hourly, or a text message.  I have reset both the watch and the app on my iPhone numerous times to no avail. Help?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared with me, your effort and patience troubleshooting your Versa before posting are appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Fitbit app and Versa up to date?

 

For the text notifications, can you please clarify if you're not receiving text but phone call notifications? Or you're not receiving any of them? Please check the information that's specified on: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

 

In regards the hourly activity goal notifications, please check if such feature is on following the next steps:

 

  1. On the Today tab User-added image, tap the hourly activity tile User-added image.
  2. Tap the gear icon User-added image, and turn Reminders to Move on or off.

 

After verifying the above, please check the information that's outlined on our help article: What's my Fitbit hourly activity goal? and let me know if the issue persists.

Good morning,

I have an iPhone xs and I've only had it for 2 weeks. However, one of the
reasons I got a new phone was because Istopped getting any notifications on
my iphone6s. I have tried everything you suggest here numerous times to no
avail.
I have spent way too much of my time trying to get this to work and am so
frustrated that I've considered going elsewhere. Is there nothing else to
be done to fix this?

Thanks for troubleshooting this situation with me, seems odd that even after trying the steps from my previous post you're still experiencing difficulties with the notifications feature of your Versa. To further investigate and because I understand how frustrating this issue can be for you, can you please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app? You can refer to this post for instructions of how to attach an image into your post.
