Every time I try to play spotify it says theres a bluetooth issue and says I need to connect to bluetooth but I already connected my phone...and it syncs just fine with everything else. I already went into the app on my phone and connected it to spotify it just wont connect on my fitbit for some reason.

Hi @Amandapanda1 I am not familiar with the Spotify app as I dont use it, but my first thought is what is your phone? (Make and model).
I would also recommend you try uninstalling the Fitbit app from your phone, turn bluetooth off, restart your phone and then reinstall the fitbit app. Also restart your Versa a few times and then try Spotify again.
