Hey,
wondering if someone can help. My friend just purchased a Fitbit versa lite and has got it all set up and working today. However for syncing it up to receive notifications etc she is having issues. She can receive WhatsApp notifications through her watch no problem but not getting any text message notifications. She has a apple iphone. Is there any settings we can check that might need changed (it’s all selected to receive them), Is this a common issue, should she return it for not working?

If your friend haven't already done so, I'd recommend to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on the Versa Lite are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hey Ricardo,
we have tried all settings and still not working. I also recieved a versa 2 today which seems to be working fine, we have compared settings are all the exact same. Any suggestions on what else we could do to resolve this? My sister also has the versa 2 and she is experiencing the exact same problem. It works with notifications for everything apart from text messages. I also used to have the blaze until I switched today so not sure if that’s something that has triggered it to work on my watch.
