Hi, @Jackson3212 , the Versa has a fairly common wristband replacement system with a pin. I am astonished that Best Buy could not help you with this. I would recommend purchasing a new band (do make sure it is compatible) and trying Best Buy again.
I have several bands that I swap out with my Versa. It is a little fiddly, just like any watch band, but certainly doable!
Alternatively, as it is a standard pin system if you have a friendly local jeweler shop they might also be willing to help you if you bring in the band.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Are you saying that you can't get a replacement, or that the replacement is hard to put on?
