Versa Unresponsive- Black Screen

I am here to mourn the death of my Versa & see if there is any way I can fix it. Two days ago the watch started to glitch & was opening apps on its own. The next morning my screen wouldn't respond to touch at all & so I decided to try & update it. Immediately following the update, my screen went black. I tried everything- every tip I could find on this forum. It will vibrate, the green heart is working & it will still sync to my phone. I tried the factory reset & the regular reset. I contacted customer service on the phone & he said there was "nothing they could do for me at this time". Is anyone having the same issue? Was it a cause of the update?? Anything helps other than what I have already tried.

This cannot be a coincidence!! This is 3rd or 4th post I’ve seen today! My versa died at the weekend, tried absolutely everything and been told not covered by the warranty as the watch is 18 months old. For the price we pay you would expect much longer life, or is it that they want us to spend even more money!

I saw that many people had the same issue. Maybe that's how they get you to spend money on Versa 2, I don't know.
