In the last 12 weeks I don't receive text messages I've contacted support numerous times and still no resolution. Can anyone help wished I'd never brought it.

I am sorry to hear you don't receive text messages in the last 12 weeks. Thank you for mentioning that you've been in touch with our Support team regarding this issue. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your time and feedback. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. If you're using an Android device, some of the users report that fixed the issue by downloading Google messages from the Google play store, and set as primary key board in settings.
