I have my notifications set to on but I’m not receiving any texts

I am having the same trouble since the last IPhone update and I can’t get it to work. I have tried everything and can’t get text messages to come through. I get all other notifications.

I have version 12. Just setting up my Versa 2 and don’t get any kind of notifications.
