I am not getting text notifications on my versa 2. I have an iPhone 11. I have checked my Bluetooth, unpaired and repaired, removed and re-added the device. I’ve verified do not disturb settings, and I’ve double checked motivations settings on my phone as well as within the app! I don’t know why else there is to do?! I receive call notifications but not text. Help!

Removing the tracker won't help. Unpair will not either, and the app needs to repair. If you did manage to pair through the phones Bluetooth. This would explain your problem.
Do you have preview enabled on the phone?
Do you receive notifications on the phones lock screen?

I also do not receive text notifications, but I also do not receive phone call notifications. I !called support and we went through setup for notifications step-by-step, but it is still not working. I have a Samsung Note 5 and a Versa 2. (I also have a $50 smartwatch that will give me notifications, but it completely miscounts steps!)
