I am glad to assist you with your concern about receiving weekly reports. I recommend confirming that your device has been syncing constantly. Please also make sure to sync your watch on Sundays. If you experience any difficulties with syncing, please try these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

I also recommend checking your spam folders and spam filter settings.
