I am not satisfied with the customer service … I see so many having the same issue with there versa 2 … mines only works while charging… I have tried everything and nothing is working !!! 

many are being sent replacement for the same issues but  I was only offered 35% off …. For the same issues others are having … please fix this !!

There customer service is shocking, so glad there's a refund on the ionic's.  I will never purchase another one of thier products ever again.

I've had a few of their others that were great! I love the versa.
