Not sending notifications

My versa 2 is not sending notifications for calls and texts. I have reset my versa and have removed the app and the watch from my phone and neither have helped. I'm not sure what else to do.

Does the Red Banner just above your post apply to you?

No it does not. I have a note 9

Try this:

• Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
• When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

I did a factory reset and reinstalled the whole thing and its finally working. Thank for the help
