Not syncing and lost charge

Hi I’ve been in touch with Fitbit my versa isn’t syncing anymore and I’m charging it daily. I’ve tried all steps Fitbit told me still not working any ideas.?

Hi, how old is your Versa? Are you charging from a charger or your PC? Have you done a Factory Reset?

Hi ya it’s just over a year and a half old, I’ve charged from charger I’ve got two of them and it’s not syncing and holding it’s charge.

I'm sorry to say but it sounds as if your battery is almost dead have you tried a Factory Reset? It can be found on the watch under settings and then scroll down to about and the down to factory reset. I don't know whether it will make a difference but its worth a shot. Other than that get it repaired or replaced. Sorry that I can't be more positive or any more help.
