My fitbit versa lite doesn't sync unless I refresh the app on my phone and it also won't receive notifications. I receive some calls that just display as unknown caller even though they are in my contacts and displayed the name before but no notifications at all are being recieved, I've tried everything, force stop, restart phone, turn bluetooth off and on

Hi @Katttiee_ , thank you for your reply.
I am glad to hear that you got your notifications working. I really appreciate your efforts and your time. Thank you for providing a screenshot of the message you receive. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. If your notifications are working, I recommend doing the following:
1. Press and hold the notification.
2. Turn off the notification.
3. Tap Done. The Fitbit app continues to run in the background, but you won’t be notified.
I also recommend checking this help article with the useful tips: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
