My Versa and my Alta will not sync since I updated the fitbit app yesterday. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting steps & nothing. Is there a glitch with the update?

Hi, try the following, but before doing this do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app.
1. logout of Fitbit account
2. deinstall Fitbit app
3. restart your phone and enable BT
4. reinstall Fitbit app
5. login to your account
6. for certainty restart you Versa once and sync it with your phone's Fitbit app. Hope this helps, good luck!

I am seeing the same since the update. I’m tracking steps but not consistently tracking anything else. I ran 4 miles this morning and tracked 8k steps and .31 miles.... and no activity minutes. Same issue yesterday. I restarted the watch, reinstalled the app, and turned Bluetooth off and on. Customer service was only able to tell me to keep tracking it and see if it gets better, because they aren’t seeing similar issues get brought up.

Hi, logout of your Fitbit account, restart your phone and Fitbit app and login again. Sometimes this solves these kind of problems. If you notice by doing this that you have been logged out, just login again.
