Bought a new phone....Versa worked fine for about a month then stopped syncing.....now app can't find the Versa. Per Fitbit support, i was just lucky it worked for a month since it was not on the compatible phone list...very frustrating....love my Versa but now I can't get the most functionality from it just because i upgraded my phone...no app, no history and time isn't right.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped syncing with your new phone. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with our Support Team, I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I see that LG 8 ThinQ is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. If a device is not supported by the Fitbit app, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement and I recommend confirming if you've followed the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
