All of a sudden my fitbit says Data Not cleared sync and try again. I cant do anything else on my fitbit and in the app it will not sync. HELP!!

Hi @Cjrudness13 Which Versa do you have - Versa, Versa 2, or Versa Lite? The next step depends on which it is.
Edited to add I just noticed the Versa Light tab at the bottom. In that case you will need to contact Support

I contacted support twice spent 2 hours on a chat, followed every direction shown and some given by chat, was told it was my IOS device, and they are aware of the issue. Then went to my laptop downloaded the app to it went thru windows ten, no avail. Now my watch wont even show Bluetooth connections and when I look it tells me it synced and it has not, my watch was a gift from my daughter and no one cares , they just keep telling me they are aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
