I recently upgraded to a Fitbit Versa. However, I've had nothing but problems ever since. I am about to return it if I can not figure out how to get it to sync properly and continue doing so! The versa is not sycing to the app on my phone consistantly. I have read every forum and help tips out there and tries everything they say and it still will not consistently continue to sync. Sometimes it will sync the current steps but it will not sync anything else. Please help!
