Versa not syncing

I've  has this Fitbit for a few months and have had this problem since I've had the device. I am noticing a common issue with others who have this device.  My fitbit randomly stops syncing. This time it hasn't synced for 20 days!! I have restarted the bluetooth,  uninstalled and reinstalled the app,  started the whole process as if it were brand new out of the box, changed my wifi connection and still won't  sync. I switched  to this Fitbit because I thought it would be an upgrade but it has been nothing but problems. Any  suggestions??
