This is not the first time I have had problems with this syncing problem. I have turned off phone and wifi also bluetooth. I have gone to Fitbit.com, now last thing I am going to do is call. It's very very frustrating when I have challenges going on and you will not want to do them cause u will not be able to sync.

Mine is also not syncing; I’m in a StepBet challenge for money and not being able to sync means I’ll be eliminated. Very frustrating!!!

I had trouble with my Versa. (After syncing perfectly) was losing time, after performing factory reset. It wouldn’t connect to bluetooth or WiFi. I ended up going on a live chat. Went through all the steps again. Couldn’t fix the problem so sent me a new one. I got this 2 days ago. I was worried about syncing it. Everything worked first time🤷🏻:female_sign:

Really disappointed in my Versa it’s not syncing I have tried everything the troubleshooting says. Trying to be healthy using the Fitbit and it won’t sync and show on my 3rd party aps. My Fitbit had no problems until 1 week ago when the update happened.

Yeah the latest update to the app broke my sync and I've tried all the suggestions. I can't even reboot the Versa and after deleting the device from the app in an attempt to reconnect it, it's not successful so I have no devices in the Android app now. Disappointed and waiting to hear official word from Fitbit that the latest version broke things since I've tried everything.

Same here. My versa has not been able to track my heartrate for weeks now. i've been trying to update the tracker, but even if i use wifi and let it run overnight, it's still not yet done.
Now i'm trying to sync it and it won't sync. I've tried to anything, even trying to setup the wifi or change the clock face... nothing is happening

Hi, how do u do your steps for money that seems very interesting. Also my user name is not mossa it's melissa I don't know what happened or how I can change. Happy stepping I really hope they fixed this problem for all of us.

hi I am glad they helped you. My versa is just passed warranty, was yours less then a yr
