Samsung A70 compatibility feedback

my Samsung A70 phone keeps coming up with sync completed but when i tap on that notification, it then comes up with this: linking with fitbit app required for connectivity features? what is this and how do i fix it? I have now been told my phone isn't supported, and cannot be guaranteed it will sync in the future. This has only just happened today? I have the phone for 2-3 months and never had this issue.

@J_M7 I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the compatibility of the Samsung A70, I totally understand how frustrating this is for you  and I appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

@J_M7 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to know if you clicked on the highlighted "Feature Suggestion" words that I shared in my previous post. If so, do you get any error message?

I double-checked the link and it works.

If the issue persists, try clearing cache and cookies of your browser. If possible, try using the Google Chrome browser and see if the Feature Suggestions page opens properly.
