My Versa rarely syncs to my phone app. I keep "pulling down to refresh" and going to the device name itself and hitting the refresh button but it always fails. During the original set up, finding the device was also a problem.

@Toni19 phone model and OS? Have you updated Versa recently? What's your fitbit mobile app version?
