False advertising. It’s not compatible with the IOS 13. Want my money back. FULL REFUND.

Hi @LMD7   you may want to read the information on warranty and returns - click to go there. Unless your device is within the return period from Fitbit.com, your only recourse would be with the retailer you purchased it from. I'm not sure how it's false advertising. The Versa Lite was announced March 2019 and the iOS 13 was released in September 2019. Many have been able to get it working with their iOS 13. Have you tried all the suggestions from customer support and the forum moderators?
