Not tracking right

When I do my run in the morning I log it after I’m done. After inputting the time and distance it erases miles and steps. I run until I hit 3 miles. After entering in my information it takes me down to just over 2 miles and erases about 1000-1500 steps. Anyone else have this problem?

It is generally more reliable to use the Exercise App to start and end your run.  Then you don't have to log anything.

Logging a workout after the fact is really designed for the times when you were not able to wear the tracker.  When you manually log an activity, the parameters you input override the data that was actually recorded.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
