Screen doesn't wake when I get hourly steps reminders

Hey all,

I have a Fitbit versa 2. I love it but I have one thing bugging me.

The screen doesn't wake up when I get hourly steps reminders. It just vibrates, I have to push the side button to see the steps notification.

However, my screen turns on when I get phone notifications.

I'd like the screen to turn on each time I get an hourly step reminder notification.

Is there any setting for that? All suggestions are more than welcome.

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't available but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
