I've had my versa 3 for a few months now, and it had been tracking my sleep without any issues for quite some time. Now it won't or doesn't seem to be tracking my sleep at all, or it says I didn't sleep more than 3 hours. I have worn my versa on my non-dominant hand, it is snug and doesn't slip around, it's charged, so I don't understand why it's not tracking my sleep? This is one of the main reasons I got this device because I needed to track my sleep and how much, and the different stages I was going through.

Thanks for trying to resolve the issue you’ve had with your Fitbit Versa 3 before getting in touch with us.
If you followed the instructions in this article in the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" without luck, please restart your Watch by following these steps.
In addition, you can set it up as a replacement device:
