Currently got Huawei P30 with Fitbit Versa since June this year and been receiving notifications fine, since this morning I am only able to receive calls through my fitbit. Have done the usual uninstall device from fitbit app, restarted and shutdown fitbit device and also uninstalled the app altogether and still nothing.
Had a similar problem a few weeks back, fitbit chat was worse than useless and got my answer on here but the solution ain't working this time round. Anyone any other ideas/help??
A quick update.. I am getting notifications through but fitbit not buzzing/vibrating when this is happening. Also checked and not on Do Not Disturb.
