I'm so disappointed by the Versa 2.....supposedly made by Amazon. What IS **ahem**ic is that you cannot stream Amazon Prime music on the versa 2. Say what?? Yeah makes the Versa 2 NOT worth it. You can listen 2 your free Pandora account but it will cost you for a $12.99 a month in order to have it on your Versa 2. OMG!!! Really? Again not worth it!! I bought the Versa to track my sleep patterns mostly and come to find out if you want this done you will have to buy a premium upgrade for 12 99 a month. Again another falsely made claim by Versa 2. Lastly, I'm not able to download any music directly to my Versa to because it's unable to Bluetooth directly with my Mac that is 5 years old. It also does not Bluetooth to my LG 5 and I was told by customer service I need to upgrade my phone. You have got to be kidding me people? Do not buy the Versa product line as they are clearly not worth it!! What a joke. Seriously a rip off.

Hi @MustangGirl11  I'm not a FitBit employee. Like yourself, an end user but I share my 'limited' user knowledge hoping it will help you out.  I've highlighted your post to the moderator team asking them to come & help you too.

As I read your post am I seeing you did not research first if the devices & apps you own are compatible and free to use on or with FitBit app or Versa2?

 

Your 5 year old Mac. Have you looked on Apple website for updates drivers, iOS & upgrades? There may just be one available to make the device FitBit compatible.

 

Amazon only sell. They do not make any FitBit. 

 

Amazon Music. It is Amazon that dictates its usage and across what platforms it will remain free to use. Not FitBit.
