I’ve posted before about how I’m unable to scroll to the other apps on my Fitbit. It either goes half way to another screen or does nothing. 

now I noticed it randomly shuts down....

 

why do I always have issues with Fitbit? Getting real close to switching to Apple Watch or another tracking device.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
