I have tryed to get hold on customersuport for several days, but seems pointless. Close to a week ago, my versa lite stopped sync, and the sync button on the app is grey and i cant even click it. I tryed everything, uninstalled everything, unlinked my versa, reinstalled, checked bluetooth +++ several times over several days. Nothing works. And the last time i unlinked my versa lite, the app refuses to let it pair again. The versa lite cant even be used as a clock, cause the time is totallt wrong too. Finally got hold on customersuport, but all they do is ask me to do all the dumb steps over again. (to make sure i did it right?) And they also seems to be clueless how to fix this. I bought the premium membership this year, and they wont even answer if i can get refund. This stinks. I am tired of asking suport for help and not get any. Is it ANY hope that this can be fixed and start work proper again, og should i just delete the app for good and toss my versa lite in the garbage??

Hi @Piachuu - it's possible the Versa Lite has a (Bluetooth or other) fault.
But some things to try which you may have done but not in this sequence.

@Piachuu - make sure to use a PC as source to charge it for 2 hours and if it gets hot stop immediately.
The try and locate it here What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
This will help see if Bluetooth works still or the watch is dead.

Its fully charged, so is my iphone. -Nothing is hot, nothing is damaged etc. As i started this post, the only thing i had not tryed was to restore the versa lite to factory settings. That i tryed a moment ago. and nope, didnt help either. It wont pair at all. Bluetooth on iphone and versa lite works, they just refuses to connect/pair/sync etc. Versa lite shows on my phone (bluetooth device list) , so i assume thats not the issue. It just refused to sync for the last week, and now that i tryed the default factory settings, it dosnt even wana pair at all.. And when i day i tryed it all, i truly tryed it all. So yeah im stuck having payed a year premium just months ago this year, and i cant even use the versa lite as a watch or anything atm. Customerservice only asked me to try all the things i allready tryed several times, so i guess this is the end of my fitbit adventure, lol.. Thanks for trying to help me tho, thats more than customerservice offered ❤️

Thanks @Piachuu - just in case you missed it, you can't pair the watch in the phone's Bluetooth.
Only removing it from Bluetooth and running the setup to add the watch to the account will do that.
What shows on the watch currently ?
Fitbit wont refund Premium unfortunately.
The Versa Lite is a great little watch which is a shame, later models don't have all the same features and reliability either.

Yeah, i ment i cant pair the versa lite to my iphone at all after i did the reset to factory settings on the versa lite moment ago. So atm my versa lite tells me to get the fitbit app on my phone.. I tryed turn everything off and on and reinstalled the app +++ but ugh, nope, nothing works. Atleast i dont need to be irritated bout my versa lite showing wrong time and not syncing anymore i guess, cause its not connecting at all now.. So yeah, probably tossing the watch in the garbage and deleting the fitbit app for good, cause this frustration isnt good for my health.. Just so annoying that i payed for a year just 2 months ago.

@Piachuu- actually if you have the factory reset screen on the watch that is a good sign - have you tried to add the watch again to the Fitbit App which is the only next step, Add more devices, select Versa Lite. Does this step not work? If not remove the device from the Fitbit App [and any entry for it in the phone's Bluetooth] and add it as new to the account.

um yes, the versa lite isnt damaged, nor is my iphone. Tho atm the versa lite changed from the factory screen to this : Data not cleared. Sync and try again. Im truly close to toss it out of the window now. And yes i did ofc try to connect to the app, but it refuses, like it has for days.

@Piachuu- if the watch changed to Data not cleared. Sync and try again, it is working.
Follow this link from @MarreFitbit Data not cleared. Sync and try again which was for a Versa 3 but the same applies.

Yeahm im in no doubt that my versa lite is fine and working, but it dosnt help if not connected to the app at all kinda. I gona look into the link tho. Thank you

Seems that my versa lite is stuck on the Data not cleared message after i connected it to my laptop yesterday. I tryed restart everything, and atm the only thing i havnt tryed is to hit the versa lite hard with a hammer or somthing. (not gona do that, but seriously tempting..) Customerservice is of no help at all. So yeah, unless somone has some brilliant idea to fix this, i just gona give up. And for sure never ever ever again pay anyone for a year upfront again. (the premium). Lession earned the hard way i guess. And also, a google search tells me that i am far from the only one beeing let down by customerservice. To bad i didnt google before i bought the versa lite and the premium tho, but yeah, my mistake.. ugh.
