Notification error.

My fitbit versa does not display any notifications from my one plus 6t. I tried restarting the phone, the app, the versa as well. It gets enabled for a few hours and goes back to the same afterwards. The notification settings displays an error saying the notification tracker service is not running.

It's been almost a year since I've bought this one and this is getting really annoying. Please look into this matter.

Hi @Shubhangi  Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List  which ismprobably the cause of your problems. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS  Help Article on notification issues.  Fingers crossed you find somethjng that helps.
