Versa 2 screen unresponsive

I have been having issues with the screen being unresponsive for about 2 weeks now. Is there an issue with the software/firmware? I am unable to swipe to the side or up or down to view menus and data. It worked fine before. It also keeps telling me to connect my phone yet it seems to show it is connected. I just started having these issues please help. Thank you

Hi @Tigeress927  Try restarting it several times and if that doesnt help then do a Factory Reset. If it still wont scroll then you will need to contact Customer Support.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
