Best AnswerMy friend has OnePlus 7T Pro and everything is fine for him. My previous device was OnePlus 7 Pro and I did not have problems as well (on Android 9 and Android 10). I am sorry because it doesn't work for you.
Best AnswerI have the oneplus 7t and the versa2. Everything seems to be working fine on my end with one exception. Notifications from one app (in my case that app is wire secure messenger) do not get pushed to the watch. All other notifications e.g., calls, messages, notifications from other third party apps, etc. all get sent fine. And, yes, I do have notifications enabled for the app in both the app itself, and in the fitbit app.
All of the steps recommended above were the first things I tried. They did not work, nor has anything else.
One thing that I did discover is that if I uninstall and reinstall the fitbit app then the first notification that I receive from wire messenger will be pushed to the watch. All subsequent notifications from wire do not. This is a repeatable result (I've done it no less than 5 times) that indicates the problem is within the fitbit app itself and not in the firmware or messenger app.
