I am not getting the notifications on my Versa 2. No call, message or email alert. Checked all the permissions and it is in allow status. On the Fitbit app it says phone need a restart. Did that as well. But no luck.

I am having the same issue with my Fitbit Versa Lite. I updated to the newest software and I get notifications on the watch but they do not vibrate any longer. I have restarted everything, updated everything, looked at all settings no help at all. Will not vibrate or highlight on the watch, if I click the button and scroll down I can see the notifications. Please fix.

I am having the same problem. No notifications on text or phone calls. I have gone in and turned off sleep mode and do not disturb and reset my Versa 2 and it worked for 2 days and then quit again.

I got a reply from the customer service. However the solution worked only for a day. Post that its back to no notification. I can't keep reinstalling the fit bit app as advised by the customer service. Looks like many of us are facing this issue and we need a resolution for this.

i have tried everything that is listed. Plus restarted my phone multiple
times
erased the app and reinstalled, rebooted my watch. I really need to be able
to get a notification for my texts and messages. This is very important to
me.

Mine is now working. I ended up having to turn on all the notifications for
a day and then took off the ones I didn't want the next day.
