Notification not working with oppo 15 pro

I have recently bought Fitbit versa it had problem setting up with my phone but somehow got it fixed and working. But I can't receive my phone notification on my versa the notification option on the app keeps crashing n taking me back to the main steps page. 

But today I noticed something strange I had a notification on my versa saying 1 miss call so I checked my phone and I had one miss call. Does it give me hope that oppo R15 pro is becoming compatible? 

I have waited so long for it to be compatible. When this option of notification works id love my Fitbit versa more as of now it just there counting my steps and measuring my sleep but I want to explore and experience the full potential it has, as said in the description of Fitbit versa. 

Please help.

I regret to hear that you are experiencing difficulties to receive notifications on your Fitbit Versa. At the moment, there is no information about the Oppo R15 Pro becoming compatible or about the new mobile devices that will be added to the list of supported devices. Once any update be available, it will be communicated as soon as possible.

In the meantime, some users, with no compatible devices, have had success to resolve issues with notifications after following these troubleshooting steps.
