Notification service is not running

I have recently purchased the Versa watches and since then notification are not working. It always said the same error: Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker.

I have tried to restart phone. Turn off the notification on device and in the app, re-installed the app, forgot the device and pair it again, disable notification, turn off and on the bluethoot, followed solution on fitbit help and here on fitbit community. Every time it seems to be working for couple of minutes, the message disappear, notification are receiving but then it stops. The error message shows again. Nothing help to me.
