Versa Not tracking

I agreed to the new update on 6/28 since then it has not kept track of sleep, heart rate, activities. The led lights aren’t working and the battery drains within 12 hours. Before this update I never had a problem and I could go 3-4 days before I had to charge it. I bought this Versa on October 24, 2018. I have done the rest and even reset it factory settings and started over. Still the same problems. This needs to get fixed since so many people are having same problems.
