Same problem here. Seems like everything is working on my OnePlus 7 Pro but unfortunately only for a few minutes and after some time notifications stopped working and in notification section, on the top of the screenit shows "Notification service not working. Restart is require to re enable the notification on your tracker. " in a red box. I tried rebooting my phone several time but i didn't work for me. Only reinstalling Fitbit app can fix this problem, but its only temporary solution for a next few minutes. I am on OxygenOS 9.5.9.
Any advice or tip will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Edit: It seems disabling battery optimization for Fitbit app fixed this issue.

Disabling the "battery optimization" also did the trick for me!
Go to Settings --> Battery --> Battry optimization --> Fitbit --> Don't optimize

You only get text blocks to type in, you can't link an image in the screen. It doesn't show a panel to gallery or so

Every time I need to uninstall the fitbit app and install it again in order to have the notifications running on my fitbit.
I also tried removing battery optimization feature for the same, but doesn't work!
I have an error message in the phone app "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". When the phone is re-started, the error remains. My phone is Oneplus 6
Is there any fix for the same?
Kindly assist.
Thank You

This problem is on at least 3 threads, my Fitbit app is not optimized for battery. Doesn't fix it.
Long weekend now, so we can't expect a response, but going on past bugs, it could be weeks/months/years before it gets fixed.
It's a major feature of the watch.
