I have tried every trouble shooting steps and after evertime I do it the notifications work for only 1-2 hours and after that it stops working.

I always says notification service not running please restart your phone. And it doesn't help.

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 

3) Restart your OnePlus device

 

 

 

Notifications are working flawlessly on my OnePlus 7 Pro for months (on Android 9 and currently on Android 10).
