Notifications Aren't Working on Versa

None of the notifications on my fitbit versa are working anymore. I've tried everything in the FAQ and even uninstalling and reinstalling the apps and restarting my phone and my versa. Neither has seemed to solve this issue. I have a Pixel 3 so not sure what is causing this.

Let me help you with your Versa notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. 

You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I've tried all of these and nothing has worked. I'm still not receiving them to my device.
