I do not use Twitter so I wanted to know if there is an email or phone for support.
My Versa is not tracking my exercise correctly and I can no longer see text message notifications.

Hi @Sarabeth0709 Here is the link to all the methods of contact. Phone only shows when it is available.
With the exercise tracking, whatis going wrong? Have you tried restarting your Versa several times? That often fixes tracking problems.
As far as notifications go, what phone are you using?

The tracker is at least .5 miles short/off every time. I walk with other people and mine is always off. I even switched with someone to rule out me not moving my arm etc.
I have restarted the watch.
with the notifications I can get calls and Snapchat but not text messages like when I first got the watch.
