I can no longer get messages or phone call motivations from my Fitbit. 
I have tried everything. Resetting, updating where I can but nothing is working. Please advise.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please confirm that you've also tried the following troubleshooting steps (depending on your phone) Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones or Why are notifications delayed or missing?
