Can't get any notifications, text etc on my Versa 2 from my Huawei. I have checked all the settings and I can't find anything related. Please help

Hi,
I have tried to contact the Support Team but I never managed to talk
with any of them.
So, I am still having the same problem! Notifications are not coming to my
Versa 2.
I tried some things, such as I went to my phone(android) settings > apps >
Fitbit app > clear data > restart phone > login to Fitbit app > put ✓ to
the applications that I want to get notifications. This actually worked but
only almost for a couple of hours. Then again I wasn't getting
notifications on my Versa 2.
So, I tried the same procedure and it worked again for another 1 hour and
then stopped. I did it 4 times.
I don't know what else to do or what is the problem.
Unfortunately I will have to request refund or a new smartwatch, since the one I have received is not working.
I would appreciate your immediate response as I am trying to communicate with you from Thursday 7/4
