I am having trouble with my notifications and calls on my Versa 3.
Every day when clicking on notifications a red bar will appear saying 'Notification service not running. A phone restart is required...'
I have restarted and the same message appears. I have even factory reset the watch but same problem.
It does connect but every day I have to delete it from my saved Bluetooth and 'force stop' on my settings for the Fitbit app and then reconnect it all again.. Every single day. Its extremely tedious to do every day. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times in the day.
It's the same for calls too.
Could someone please assist to sort this problem out once and for all.

Hi there, @Misha_. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
If you're getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'd like to provide the following steps that actually work for Huawei users; however, if you have another Android phone, I'd still recommend to give them a try:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

I was having the same persistent problem until I changed my clock from SpO2 Active to Pleat. Now it is back to its previous good behaviour!
