Hi,I can't get text message notifications on my versa from my new redmi note 11,I took it back to the store where I purchased it and the engineer said it must be a Bluetooth problem that he hadn't come across it before,I have checked all the settings, hope you can help.

Hi there, @CatherineOSull. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.

Is your Versa still connected to your old phone's Bluetooth settings? If it's, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new Redmi phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • Set up notifications on your Versa again.

If the issue persists, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hope that helps!
