Notifications are not working

Notifications (sms, email etc) don't seem to work on my Versa. Testnotification works though. Is there anyone who has experienced the same?

You may need to restart the tracker, that often solves many bugs. Hold down the bottom right and left buttons for ten seconds, then release them and you will see the Fitbit logo signaling a successful restart.
